We built Liedl Dam, the largest dam in Henderson County, creating Bowing Lake. It took over 7 years to complete. The lake is 65 feet deep and absolutely pristine. Bowing Lake is stocked with fish and is ice cold. No motorboats are allowed, but residents enjoy using canoes and rowboats.

Only about 30 lots will adorn its precious shoreline- several with spectacular views of distant mountains. The homes are stunning, with metal roofs, elevators, wine cellars and home theaters. You can be one of the lucky few to own a North Carolina mountain home in this beautiful area.
