The Carriage Parkway is a 3-mile Parkway system that loops throughout Carriage Park, accessing all 26 neighborhoods.  This remarkable road system, modeled after the Blue Ridge Parkway, keeps interiors free from traffic while giving you a ribbon of breathtaking views.  It is a collector road serving the entrance and exit needs of each neighborhood’s traffic. This has been a potent benefit to the build up of friendships and neighborliness.  No through traffic has delivered the village atmosphere back to the residents, and they love it.

The Parkway has been beautifully crafted to take advantage of some of the most spectacular vistas available anywhere.  At times it plunges deep into the forested areas on the valley floor and then pops up into glorious sun-filled vistas showing 60 miles across the distant valleys.  This has so enhanced the simple pleasure of living in Carriage Park, even the delivery people take a deeper breath when here.
